Ask About Fix & Flip

How can we help you?

Fix and flip loans are built around the rehab timeline, not just the purchase — the loan covers acquisition and a rehab budget, with funds released in draws as work is inspected and completed, so you’re not carrying the full rehab cost out of pocket up front.

Who This Is For

  • Investors buying distressed property that needs renovation before resale
  • Flippers who need rehab funds released in draws rather than all at closing
  • Investors who plan to sell or refinance within 6–18 months

Fix & Flip FAQs

How are rehab funds released?

In draws — you complete a phase of work, we send an inspector to confirm it, and funds release against that completed work rather than all at once.

What is ARV and why does it matter?

After-Repair Value — what the property will be worth once renovations are complete. Your loan amount is typically capped at a percentage of ARV, not just the purchase price.

Do I need flipping experience to qualify?

Not necessarily — we evaluate the deal and your plan, and can work with qualifying first-time investors alongside experienced flippers.

What happens if my rehab takes longer than expected?

Most programs allow an extension for an additional fee if you need more time; we'll walk you through the options before your term runs out.
